Do not send urgent symptoms, patient health records or sensitive medical details by ordinary email. For urgent dental problems, telephone the practice. The website enquiry form is separate.

If something has not gone as expected
First contact the treating practice and ask to discuss your concern with the clinician or person responsible for complaints. Tell them what happened and the resolution you are seeking. Request their written complaints procedure and agreed next steps. This page does not replace that procedure or promise a response deadline.
For unresolved concerns about private dental treatment, the Dental Complaints Service provides free, impartial advice and help. It does not handle NHS dental complaints.
If your concern relates to NHS-funded care, use the NHS complaints route appropriate to that care. Check your treatment agreement or ask the provider if you are unsure. This is not a statement that NHS appointments are offered here.
Concerns about a dental professional's fitness to practise can be raised with the General Dental Council. The GDC is not a route for resolving routine fee disputes or arranging refunds.
Booking, enquiries and urgent care
Online booking shows the practice's available appointments. Sending an enquiry is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. For urgent symptoms, telephone the practice; do not wait for an enquiry-form reply. If you cannot obtain urgent dental help, seek advice from NHS 111. For a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
