Patient concern

Spacing between the front teeth and edges that had worn unevenly.

Clinical assessment

Space distribution meant that closing the gaps with bonding alone would have produced teeth that were too wide. Redistributing the spaces orthodontically first allowed the final proportions to stay within a natural range.

Treatment rationale

Invisalign redistributed the spaces so that the remaining gaps were small and evenly placed, whitening established the final shade, and composite bonding then closed those spaces and rebuilt the worn edges with a minimal volume of material.
