Clinical case
Four minimal-preparation e.max veneers after Invisalign

BeforeAfterPatient concern
The upper front teeth looked uneven in both length and width, and previous cosmetic work no longer matched the surrounding teeth.
Clinical assessment
Tooth position was the primary driver of the appearance rather than tooth colour. Gum levels were stable and the bite was assessed as safe to load once the teeth were aligned. Assessing position first established that only four teeth needed ceramic coverage.
Treatment rationale
Aligning the teeth with Invisalign first brought them into the correct position, which meant the veneers could be made with minimal preparation rather than by drilling the teeth back to accommodate a new shape. Four minimal and no-preparation e.max veneers then corrected proportion and edge position while preserving healthy enamel.
