STEP 1 - INTERDENTAL CLEANING

TEPE BRUSHES

Clean in-between each tooth using interdental brushes and use floss only where interdental brushes do not fit.

Different TePe Sizes

Your TePe sizes - ask your hygenist to tell you which sizes are right for you

TePe brushes come in a variety of sizes and you will need a range to clean the different spaces in your mouth properly.

It is important that you always use the largest size which can be gently inserted into a gap in order to ensure the brush is efficiently ‘scrubbing’ the teeth on either side.

A brush that is too small will feel more comfortable and may cause less bleeding but will only push out large particles of food which may be stuck and not efficiently remove plaque.
