TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Dr Vikas Prinja.

2. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

​

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

​

4. Route to entry for the competition is via TikTok and Instagram. To enter, participants must follow the Instagram account @thelondondentist, like and share the TikTok post to their story for 24 hours and tag three friends in the comments section of the designated TikTok competition post. Each set of three tagged friends will count as an additional entry.

​

5. The competition will run from 06/04/2024 to 06/05/2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

​

6. Winners will be chosen at random by Dr Vikas Prinja.

​

7. The winners will be notified via TikTok Direct Message within two weeks of the competition closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two weeks of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

​

8. The prizes are as follows:

    * Five winners will receive tooth whitening treatment.

​

9. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

​

10. Each winner will also receive a complimentary dental checkup. Any additional X-Rays or dental treatment required to achieve adequate dental health will be chargeable at the winner's expense.

​

Winners must have adequate dental health to undergo tooth whitening treatment or composite bonding.

​

11. If, after a two-month period from the prize announcement, a winner is still deemed to not have adequate dental health for tooth whitening treatment or composite bonding, the prize will be considered invalid and forfeited.

​

12. The promoter's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

​

13. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok or any other social network.

​

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to allow the promoter to use their Instagram username, clinical photographs and the content of their entry for promotional purposes related to the competition and the dental services provided by Dr Vikas Prinja.

​

15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

​

16. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

​

17. The tooth whitening treatment included in the prize is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If the winner is pregnant or breastfeeding, or if any other medical conditions preclude them from undergoing tooth whitening treatment, the prize will be forfeited with no cash alternative.

​

18. It is the responsibility of the winners to inform the promoter of any medical conditions or circumstances that may prevent them from receiving the tooth whitening treatment or composite bonding treatment. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited.

​

19. The promoter reserves the right to request medical clearance or documentation from the winners to ensure their suitability for the tooth whitening treatment.

​

20. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or revoke the prize if the entrant or winner is found to have provided false or misleading information or has breached any of these terms and conditions.

​

21. These terms and conditions may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the dental services provided by Dr Vikas Prinja. The winners are advised to review and comply with any additional terms and conditions provided by the dental professionals.

​

22. Any personal information provided by the entrants or winners will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prizes, in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.

​

23. The winner must be able to travel to Pinner, North West London, UK for a dental appointment within 3 weeks of notification of winning the prize or the prize will be forfeited.

​

24. Whitening results can change over time. There is no guarantee offered for these treatments and additional whitening will be chargeable at the normal rate for treatment.
